about

Here's the rawest track on the EP. This song was the first one I ever wrote on banjo. I used this 100 year old thing that I had fixed up a few years back, barley stays in tune. The song is about reflection.

lyrics

"I saw a flower
It grew from the road
I need the power
To tell you no
I knew that town
Like the back of my hand
Just like that girl
She'd haunt me in my dreams
I need the power, to sail away
I need the power, to never look back again
I need the power, to forgive and forget
Look at me now- barely a man
I miss the sour- taste on my lips
What am I now? Just a witness... oh oh..."
